Hampstead
Brief: This communal area was an unused Tennis Court, the tenants of the flats wanted to transform it in to a garden that could be used by everyone, from young to old. There needed to be seasonal interest but also kept low maintenance.
The outcome: The tennis court was transformed into a stunning mix of resin bound pathways which makes it accessible to all as well as keeping it low maintenance. There are lawn areas to allow children to be able to play and people to sit and soak in the sun. The pathways weave through out the area surrounded but impressive low maintenance planting.
